Quick Step-By-Step Guides to Help You...

STEP ONE:  Click LOGIN in the upper right hand side of the page.

STEP TWO: Scroll down to where it says “Don’t have an account?” and click “Sign up”

STEP THREE: Follow the prompts to enter your name and email.

STEP FOUR: Follow directions provided in your email and return to the login page to log in.

NOTE:  When you first create an account, you will be prompted to answer some required fields on your profile page.  Please complete these empty fields or type N/A if it doesn’t apply.

Chaturanga changed our scheduling software to Wellness Living in December 2021.  But if you ever had an account at our studio, then your information migrated to the new platform.  Here’s how to access your old account.

STEP ONE: Click LOGIN in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

STEP TWO: Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts.  Use the email that was formerly associated with your Chaturanga Mindbody account.  Instructions will arrive in your Inbox.

STEP THREE: Follow directions provided in your email and return to the login page to log in.

NOTE:  When you log in to your account for the first time in our new system, you will be prompted to answer a few required fields on your profile page.  Please complete these empty fields or type N/A if it doesn’t apply.

STEP ONE:  Click LOGIN in the upper right hand side of the screen to log in to your account.  If you don’t yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one.  See below for troubleshooting instructions on creating an account.

Once logged in, you will see a screen showing available classes.  

STEP TWO:  Click the the type of session you want to book: Pilates Equipment, Pilates Mat, Yoga, or Appointments.  The name of the selected class type appears in orange.  

STEP THREE: Scroll down to the class schedule and look for the date-range indicated in the light-gray horizontal bar. If needed, click the arrow to find the date range you are looking for.

STEP FOUR:  Once you have found the class you want to take, click the green BOOK NOW button on the right hand side of the row and follow the prompts.

NOTE: All Chaturanga classes require pre-registration online.  Be sure to pre-register in advance for any virtual class you wish to attend so as to avoid any last-minute issues that may prevent you from accessing class.  Once you pre-register, you will automatically be able to join that class 10-15 minutes before the class start time.

Here’s the simplest way to join your pre-booked Livestream class.

STEP ONE: Log in to your account by clicking LOGIN in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

STEP TWO: Once you are logged in, click “My Schedule.” If you don’t see “My Schedule” in the black horizontal bar at the top of the screen, you can find it by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper right hand side of the screen.  Click “My Schedule” in the drop-down menu to see a list of all classes coming up in your schedule.

STEP THREE: 10-15 minutes before your class time, a button with a camera icon will appear that says “Join Session.”  (Be sure to refresh your screen if you don’t see it.)  Click that button and follow the prompts to join your class in Zoom.

Here is the simplest way to watch a recorded class.

STEP ONE: Log in to your account by clicking LOGIN in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

STEP TWO: Once you are logged in, click “Watch Video.” If you don’t see “Watch Video” in the black horizontal bar at the top of the screen, you can find it by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the upper right hand side of the screen.  Click “Watch Video” in the drop-down menu to see all videos available for viewing.

STEP THREE: Click the class you want to see and follow the prompts.  If you have an active pass or membership, 1-Unit will automatically be deducted.

NOTE: Make sure to pre-register in advance for any livestream class you want to join.

If you have already pre-registered for a class, you can join the class at any time by following the instructions for “Access Livestream Classes” above.  

Schedule a one-time or recurring Pilates appointment on the “Studio Pilates” page.  If you don’t have a current pricing option, you will be prompted to purchase one.

Our system allows you to choose the instructor you wish to work with.  If you have additional questions or would like to talk with someone about Pilates before you schedule, please email pilates@chaturangafitness.com to schedule a call.  We will be happy to help you find what you are looking for.

NOTE: When you book an appointment, the instructor will receive an email and you will receive an email when they have accepted the appointment time.  If that time is no longer available for them, the instructor or studio manager will reach out to you directly to try to find another option.

Use your phone or tablet to book a class, make a payment, join a livestream class, or watch a recorded class.

STEP ONE: Look for “Wellness Living Achieve” wherever you download apps for your device (Google Play for Android/App Store for Apple devices).  It looks like a white flower in a purple square.

STEP TWO: Download the app.

STEP THREE: Log in using your Chaturanga account email and password and you’re all set to go!

Did you know we have our own private social network? It’s free and you can join us by creating an account here (this will be a different login and password from the one you use to take classes).  Although it’s in hibernation for the winter, we hope to revive Chaturanga’s Online Sanctuary in the Spring with fresh content, outings, trainings, and more.  Stay tuned for updates!
